Kenji Akabane (赤羽根 健治, Akabane Kenji, October 31, 1984) is a Japanese seiyū (voice actor) from Chiba prefecture, Japan. After graduating from Amusement Media General Academy, he became an affiliate member of Aoni Production.

In 2009 he starred for the first time in the role of Kouji Kabuto in the anime Mazinger Edition Z: The Impact! He also played the role of the producer in the 2011 anime adaptation of the video game THE IDOLM@STER.From Wikipedia
Kenji Akabane (赤羽根 健治, Akabane Kenji; born October 31, 1984) is a Japanese voice actor. His first starring role was as Kouji Kabuto in Shin Mazinger Shougeki! Z Hen and he also went on to portray the Producer in the anime adaptation of The Idolmaster video game series. In 2014, he provided the voice of Dragon Shiryū in the film Saint Seiya: Legend of Sanctuary, a role he said was "cool" and "serious".
